If we cannot make your video
If your photo is not approved or video creation fails, we issue a full refund to the original payment method. Your order page shows the refund status. Payment-provider processing time can vary.
If something looks wrong
Contact support with your order number and a description of the problem. We review the saved request, payment and delivery status before resolving it. Keep your private access link out of messages. If checkout was interrupted, reopen the original order before paying again.
