Privacy policy

Effective November 3, 2026.

Your photo and order

Your selected photo stays in this browser until you save an order and upload it. We use the uploaded photo and order settings to prepare your video. An optional delivery email is used for order updates and the download link. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your complete card details.

Private access

Browser session cookies and a private recovery link let you return to an order without an account. Anyone with the private link can access that order. Keep it private. Do not include it in support messages.

Optional statistics

PVUV counts public-page visits only after you allow statistics. Query strings, fragments, private order pages, photos, email and filenames are excluded from collector requests. Do Not Track, Global Privacy Control and your opt-out override permission. Use Statistics preferences in the footer to change your choice.

Optional order journey diagnostics use a separate consent control in the studio. Declining either form of statistics does not prevent purchase or delivery. Umami is currently disabled.

Retention and requests

Completed downloads are available for 14 days after delivery. Payment and order records may be retained to handle support, disputes and refunds. Contact support@firstofmonthcowdanceai.video for privacy questions or deletion requests.
